Disgusting office with faulty technology. I came to put money on the card, but the ATM chewed up a stack of almost 14 thousand dollars and stopped working. As a result, instead of helping and apologizing for the inconvenience, they poked me a questionnaire to fill it out and said that the money would be returned only after a few days, at best. The consultant did not even bother to immediately fill out my application, and when asked to provide me with at least some kind of supporting document that I submitted an application signed by the employee who accepts the application, she rolled her eyes as if I owed her. I behaved very unprofessionally and didn’t let go so that I could just leave quickly. As a result, my money was chewed by an ATM, they were not credited to my account, they will not be returned to me, I don’t know when, so instead of apologizing, they treated me like a pig.

Interestingly, until what hour does the Department work ??? Until 17.00 or until 18.00 ??? On what basis is access to the terminal closed and blocked at 17.55 or the client does not have the right to pay the loan 5 minutes before the end of working hours?

Hello! I would like to leave a review regarding the work of the employees in the FUIB department at 9 Antonova (Kiev). I am forced to close my account in your bank less than 1 month later due to disgusting service. Let's miss the moment why I am leaving (I send a separate hello to the employee Katya). I would like to share my feedback on how your employees close an account, because this is a completely separate unique story that deserves attention! I have been trying to close the account since January 11 (I contacted the employees even earlier, but because of the New Year holidays, it was only on January 11)! Today, when I write this review, it is already January 28, that is, 17 days, the employees, specifically: Maxim, Ekaterina, Yulia and Georgy DO NOT close the account. I came personally to the bank, I called all these employees - none of them closes the account! There are always some excuses: we will call you back, someone is ill, I am not in the department, then I am not at the computer, then something else ... I suppose that they are deliberately playing for time, because the client who came and left the bank in just 1 month - this is obviously extremely bad work, a reprimand from above, poor performance, since they could not keep the client. Now they are trying to keep them with tricks, supposedly without closing the account! That is, I will pay another commission for February! Question: what should I pay for if I try to close the account from the first working day of January ?! By the way, they have to pay 300 UAH for closing an account!
