It so happened that the laptop fell and cracked the screen. I called the company, I was offered to bring for diagnosis. Within an hour, they called back and said that a replacement matrix was needed. There was information that in Windows 7 in the near future will cease to support updates for programs. The masters from this company recommended upgrading the laptop: replacing the hard drive with an SSD drive. After that, Windows 10 runs much faster than the old 7. Thanks for the result.
