I do not recommend it categorically! If grief befalls you and you are looking for a funeral home in the hustle and bustle, REFUSE Osiris. Three months ago my father suddenly passed away. On the threshold of the apartment appeared a "grieving" representative of the bureau Dmitry. He HAS COME BEFORE THE ARRIVAL OF THE MORGUE EMPLOYEES. That is, no one called him. As he spoke very clearly, I decided to agree. It turned out in vain. First, I was not provided with the entire package of documents, as promised. I myself had to issue a certificate of receipt of assistance from the state for burial in the Pension Fund of the region, having made a trip three times. In addition, "Osiris" lost his father's photograph, from which a large portrait was taken. (The portrait itself, moreover, turned out to be of very poor quality). With the representative of the bureau Slava, we discussed in detail how and what should be. I won't go into details, but in general, they just forgot to warn the makeup artists about what I asked. It was impossible to correct their mistakes at the last moment. Also, "Osiris" missed the deadline for receiving the burial urn. No compensation was offered for the spent nerves. Be prepared for veiled rudeness, deception and carelessness. Do not pay attention to the fact that the bureau buried Ostap Stupka and Kuzma Scriabin. Unfortunately, this does not mean the high level of the bureau. BYPASS BY THE SIDE!
