I have never seen such an attitude, not only did the bus driver go to the wrong address, which was why there was a delay ... But these are still flowers! They prepared the wrong grandfather for us, in our things !!!! How is that?!?! In pauses they changed clothes and made up, they put makeup on so much obscenely !! 50 people (mostly ugly people) stood in the street for more than an hour ... Disgrace !! For the money, just a terrible attitude ... Doesn't even deserve one star

It seems like nothing, but then expect trouble, just the goods you paid for will not be delivered on the day of the funeral and you will have to bury the dead man without a blanket or any clothes and there will be no time to fix anything. They steal the goods you paid for, steal from the very dead person and no one will return the money to you and nothing will fix them. The main thing grandmother!

Life is life, but it is always and everybody who is hard to accept the loss of loved ones. It is very important that in such difficult life situations you will be sympathetically and correctly approached by the staff of the institution managed by Sergei Ivanovich Skrynnikov. Complex service including and the prompt resolution of all bureaucratic issues deserves sincere gratitude.
