Guys, thank you very much! We kept our faith in humanity. We bought a summer ticket for early booking in early March (a family of 2 adults and children of 8 and 14 years old), and then quarantine, in short, they ate the money, and there is nothing to pay extra for the vacation ... They asked to cancel the trip, not even believing that it was possible (our friends from Odessa in their local agency were told nothing can be canceled, and the money was not returned), but we were allowed to cancel the order, the only thing was that they did not immediately receive the entire amount back, but how the planes just started to fly, they returned everything to us to the penny. Next year we will definitely fly, we have found an honest agency that does not hang noodles and does not breed people like others.

Initially, they turned to this agency solely because it was possible to pay for the tour under the terms of "Payment in installments" from Privat Bank, and without overpayments. For our large family, this is exactly what is needed, we did not want to save on the quality of the hotel. But in fact, we received a very high-quality consultation, the manager suggested how not to overpay, and offered the hotel exactly according to our wishes. The office has a very cozy atmosphere, I didn't want to leave)) Thank you very much for our super rest!)

I would like to express my gratitude to the agency, and especially to the manager Yanina! During the quarantine, they became straight relatives, how she withstood us, I don't know) We bought a tour back in January 2020 to Egypt for the May holidays. And then this ill-fated pandemic, with the cancellation of the trip ... They were very worried, everyone thought, they were left without money and without a vacation. But no, thanks to the manager, we were several times displaced vacation without any additional payments, since the quarantine did not end in any way, and to our happiness the sky was opened and our trip took place. Initially, we ordered a budget 4 * hotel, but we were offered to replace the stunning hotel, without a single surcharge, Royal Albatross Modern in Sharm, we are in the East !! Thank you very much! Now only with you….

The tour picked up is really very good. The manager advised a very nice hotel. The price of the hotel was almost the same as in other 4-star hotels, but the situation was much better, plus a wonderful view. We are not eating for the first time, so there is nothing to compare. Many thanks to the travel agency.
