TPG travel agency employees Aleksey and Ekaterina have selected the best option for me according to my small budget. The choice of the tour took several days. At first, they sent me options for the vibe. Then I came to the office and we considered different tours in more detail. Thank you very much for your understanding and patience. I liked their responsibility, attentiveness in relation to the selection of the tour, as well as information support in the form of messages until the very return from vacation.

We flew from Cyprus not so long ago and want to express our gratitude to the agency for a well-chosen tour, especially to Alexey, who advised us on this hotel and gave professional advice on holidays in Cyprus, since we flew there for the first time. At first, several options were selected for our pricing policy, but we stopped at the Freij 4 * hotel in Ayia Napa. Not at all regretting the choice. Since re-reading the reviews, we naturally came across negative ones, which we thought about. Katyusha, who had already picked up the tour directly to us, called back to this hotel and clarified the questions of interest to us, as well as worried and called back upon arrival, once we got settled, was everything okay. Special thanks to her for this. Food is excellent, the chef is a professional in his field - all the dishes were very tasty. The food is varied. Go to the sea for 2 minutes. The wi-fi caught well, was even in the room. Guys, good luck to you, thank you very much for the speed and individual approach to the client. We will contact you again, as there are other routes in our plans.

Great company! We picked up a wonderful tour, answered all questions, took into account all the wishes! They provided the best insurance (from many well-known companies from which they took tours before). Always asked if something else was needed, whether everything fits. In general, super! Recommend!! Special thanks to the travel agent Katerina, patiently accepted all our wishes and the whole trip was in touch!

They flew with a girl in September 2019 to Egypt. It so happened that everything was decided spontaneously and initially could not even decide on the country of rest. Thank you very much to Alexei and Katerina for their help in making a difficult choice. Over the week, they offered many options, of which we relied on the advice of the agency and chose one of the hotels. Also many thanks to the guys for the flight information, since they flew for the first time. Hotel 5 * Al, the guide delivered from the airport to the hotel and told everything, showed it. There were also difficulties, they rescheduled the flight 2 times. But they are also grateful to Katerina for the informative support, because she reported what and how even earlier than the employees at the reception. And even when transferring the flight so that we did not sit at the airport, we were accommodated for the night in another hotel (also 5 *). In general, we are very pleased with the rest, we will continue to plan a vacation with TPG
