Horrible communication manager Tamila! First, they asked for hot tours at competitive prices, and at the same time they monitored several tour operators at once. Tamila sent the most expensive options when other tour operators sent the same selection, but 3-4t cheaper! how can such a run up in prices be ?! Secondly, teach your employee Tamil how to communicate competently, not to be rude to a client and say that he is a poor person and deserves only such hotels when he refuses her services! I do not recommend anyone !!!!!

Thanks to Iberostar for a wonderful stay, and Yangoy Travel for advising him! I really liked that the hotel grounds are well-groomed, everything is nearby, comfortable. A good playground - the child lived on it, then a trampoline, then a swing, still slides. Loungers occupy the pool very quickly, it happened sometimes when they did not have time to ask the staff to deliver more.
