Served in the bank for 5 years, no less. I settled on it after talking with the managers: very attentive employees, they will always tell you what is more convenient, more profitable, and better. There are never queues. What is especially important when you are in a hurry, you are late. Of course, for 5 years there were other banks for small transactions. It often happens that you need to pay for the service through a particular bank. And every time after such "visits" the feeling that our banks are far from civilization and qualified employees did not leave ... But coming back to this department of the Universal, faith in an adequate banking structure returned every time. Thank you!

They served quickly enough, if we talk about the cashier (I didn’t bother with operators), although there was a small queue. A somewhat cramped compartment if there are several queues. But, in general, from time to time to go in to do something - ok. If you need to visit the bank frequently, this may not be optimal.
