A queue of one person cost me an hour of waiting, a bunch of the agreement in small print, and now I have already received a credit card, for this one star. The hot line says obvious things without helping to solve the problem. Despite the payment by the deadlines, there are messages that transmit my story to collection offices, my question is WTF? Sorry, they were mistaken, they were mistaken so for the year 3 times already. The program constantly hangs. I’ll close my credit card and forget this bank, it’s not worth the nerves spent.
