For many years I have been cooperating with Pilgrim and recommend to all my friends. They choose tours and hotels for me better than I do myself. This is important for me, because I used to rush from agency to agency, but in the end, on the advice of tourists, I stopped at Pilgrim on vacation. Well done guys (Vitaly and Victoria) - they will take everything into account: budget, wishes, habits and the fact that you do not live in the capital. It all started on September 8, 2020, on that day we contacted the Pilgrim agency in order to get a tour and not spend too much time and nerves planning a trip. The travel dates were for 9/11 and 7 nights. Initially, the goal was a trip to Egypt, we spent a long time choosing from the proposed hotels and dates, and in the end we chose the Xperience kiroseiz 5 * hotel. The travel agent dissuaded us from this hotel with the pretext that it was far from the beach and you could see other options. We agreed and started looking at hotels again. We clarified for the PCR test, and also found out whether the Pilgrim company cooperates with any clinic, to which we received a positive answer. "The price will be discounted, we will agree, you will not sit in line at all." After a while, the payment was already on the company's account. One hour later, we received news that there were no places for the test. That is, before booking a tour with a tour operator, the travel agency did not ask the clinic if they have places for a test. What we received a lot is significant “most likely the application will be canceled without fines because it was quickly canceled”. We started looking for alternatives for this tour, after the failure with PCR tests, Egypt gave way to Turkey and we again began to look at different hotels. On the site which uses which hotel Sayanora (4 *), although on other resources the hotel is 3 *. Also from the description, the hotel is located 150 meters from the sea and has its own beach. The departure in our selection was 09/11/2020 and the arrival was 09/17/2020 23:00, respectively, we had 3 more days in reserve since the departure was from Kiev. Actually, based on the proximity of the sea, good reviews and late departure back (about 11 pm) + departure there on the 11th, it was decided to go to this hotel for these dates. We were informed that we need to pay an extra € 20 for late check-out. We paid and waited for confirmation to buy tickets to Kiev, after an employee of Pilgrim gave the go-ahead to buy tickets, we purchased them. Also, already an hour or two after payment, we were informed that the departure time could change, that this almost never happens, but still it is better to be in Kiev a little in advance (at that time we had already taken tickets and had to arrive 6 hours earlier than planned departure). Towards evening, after another 4 hours, we were informed that our flight to Antalya was postponed, and now instead of 11.09 13:15 it will be 10.09 13:30 (and this was one of the decisive factors in choosing a hotel and dates). When asked whether it was possible to return the full cost of the tour, we received the answer “We can try to cancel the tour”, that is, we did not have complete confidence in the success of this operation. Also, the flight back was postponed to 16.09.2020 23:00. Due to the fact that the suitcases were already packed and vacations at work were taken and there was no certainty of a successful return of the tour, we decided to go. Having handed over the train tickets, and having bought new ones, we began to collect our suitcases. In the morning, we checked with the travel agent about the return flight and received news that it had already been postponed from 23:00 to 7:45, that is, in fact, we lost a whole day of vacation, but of course all the nights were in place. At this point, we lost our nerves and we wanted to return the tour, but at this stage, instead of the unsure “we can try to cancel the tour”, we got a firm no, since it was too late and the tour operator handed over the documents. About the hotel. When we chose the hotels, we clarified that the level would like a 4-5 star hotel, something like the aforementioned Kyrosis, where we were and we liked (only this time, of course, the beach would be within walking distance). As a result, we got a hotel that looked more like a boarding house and half an hour's walk from its own beach (and this is instead of the indicated 150m!). The shuttle was a nightmarish old PUBLIC bus, no air conditioning, old and uncomfortable seats, etc. There was no free bar or free restaurant on the beach itself, and there was no shuttle back to the hotel at lunchtime. After the vacation, we wrote a written complaint and sent it by mail to Pilgrim, provided 3 options to contact to provide any information, or a banal unsubscribe-answer.

The first time I turned to the guys 4 years ago after a negative experience in my city with "Let's go with us". Of course I was worried, tk. the price was attractive and the decoration was removed, but decided to take a chance. Now I have already returned from the fourth trip purchased through Pilgrimm. We went as a family to Sharm el-Sheikh, this was our second trip through the Pilgrim travel agency. Thanks to Maria's recommendations, her attention and full accompaniment, we had the greatest pleasure while relaxing at the Xperience St. George Hotel. In August he flew to Egypt. The manager, Antonina, is not very sociable. Previously, we used the services of selecting a tour at Snezhana! Very cool and responsive operator!
