Nezalezhnosti Square

Big square. Many shops. Mac, Roshen, etc.

I have been living in Tairov for a long time and have always disliked this square. Very crowded, in the evening one rabble is gathered, sitting by companies and drinking beer. I have not seen animals (donkeys, ponies) for a long time, and this is certainly for the best. Old terrible rides, eateries with shawarma. Every piece of land is a trading place, plus McDonald's and the area has become a mini-market.

Earlier this stop (as well as the square) was called Derevianko, and a couple of years ago it was renamed Independence Square. And Derevianko Square - the one on which the House of Furniture is located, not far from that square (on Filatov Street) Boris Derevyanko was killed.
