Unfortunately, it's getting worse and worse. They forget to encapsulate the terminal in time and therefore cannot use it normally. Rude employees, irresponsibility and lack of respect for customers. All clients are escorted to use the terminal outside in frosty weather.

They moved here, after the closure of the branch in the building of the Railway Academy. Managers are two girls, especially the one that is large and older is very rude. Answers people rude, not friendly. I’ve been a client of the bank for the 4th year, but after such communication I think to switch to another bank. The choice, fortunately, is great. And the attitude is more respectful. Do not be rude to either senior citizens or young people. The service is slow. There is something to compare, but the bank branch is simply nowhere worse.

Spacious office. M-boxes always work in which you can independently pay utility bills and other payments.

Convenient location of the branch, a new branch was opened in the premises of the former branch of Privatbank. A huge plus is the availability of a terminal with which you can pay utility bills
