I had three calls for warranty cases, 1 turned out to be not a warranty one (but I agree there because of my fault), the other 2 did everything as quickly as the spare parts arrived (I was satisfied). the repair was done professionally and quickly, thank you.

The mator burned out on the strip cutter Samsung brought it in the morning to the service at lunchtime was already ready although they said 3-4 days will do really quickly and the attitude is good Thank you very much guys well done

I handed over the phone for repair on 11/04/2020, did not charge (problem with the connector). 11/13/2020 asked to find out what happened to the phone, said: "Well, you leave it for the weekend, the master will look again." For already 20.11.2020, the phone is still under repair. Do not contact them if you do not want a headache, time and money is wasted. Any other service center would do it in 3-4 days.

The matrix was repaired on a laptop. Fast and not very expensive. All liked it
