I bought school supplies for my son today (08/28/2020) in the Akvarel store (Caravan, Dnipro) and left the store terribly upset and angry at the boorish behavior of the seller who was selling us the goods !!! Unfortunately, I did not pay attention to the badge (name). A young girl, twice my age, and behaved disgustingly! At first she was rude when I asked to check my card, whether it was activated or not. Then, when I asked all my punched goods to be put aside (I needed to get the money to pay), I said that I would withdraw the money and return and pay for everything, which I actually did. She didn't want to give it to me with her boorish behavior. I ask you to pay attention to this seller! Since I really love your store and buy there very often. But today I am very upset 😡 !!!

The range is beautiful, brushes, a lot of professional paints, canvases and much more, I always liked this store until yesterday. I stood with my friend and didn’t touch anyone, they chose sketchbooks, and one of the consultants stood a meter away from us directly above the soul, it was terribly not comfortable. I needed a watercolor and I asked her to tell where the professional watercolor is. Well, firstly, she simply showed her hand on the shelf and said 'over there, as it turned out later, she showed the wrong way, she showed to the right side and the paints were right behind her. Well, and secondly, I wanted to go to the shelf, there was not enough space and at least moved so that I could pass, she stood rooted to the spot with a stone face, I had to go around and look for paint. I don’t speak for all the consultants, very nice, kind consultants who help will work there. The second situation on the same day, I wanted to take the sketchbook, but changed my mind and put it back when we were going to go out the guard said “where is the green notebook?” In a rather rude voice, neither hello nor sorry, it was very unpleasant. And one more thing, when we chose sketchbooks, that consultant was standing above the soul, and on the other hand, this guard. The energy from these two people is also evil and terrible, as if we were going to steal something. In fact, all day ruined
