4 days without adequate explanations from the bank, the funds transferred from the legal entity are not credited to my card. They called back only for 2 days of delay in payment and then only after my call to the support service. The personal banker does not take the phone at all - Vinnik Natalya Valerievna. The money is returned under the "Preliminary contract for the acquisition of property rights". The sending bank issued the money without further questions. Scans of the contract dated 2018 and an application for a refund were provided to Privatbank. On the fourth day, the operator answered by phone - that someone wrote in my Application (we formed it together on day 3) - that the documents did not correspond to the "dzherel pokazhennya". And that's all. No one can explain to me, a person with an economic education and 25 years of experience in finance, what such document will be a confirmation of a dzherel pokazhennya for payment with the appointment "Refund of funds under a preliminary agreement ... according to a statement from ..." as not the original of the contract and not original return request. AAAAA, instead, they begin to carry the quirk about the balance of a legal entity, about the declaration of an individual, and even more interesting - all documents must be no older than 2019. That is, I now break this contract and go to the notary to make a new contract from 2019, and then everything will be fine ??? Is there someone with sane brains in the financial monitoring department? Ouch?

Disgusting! What service, what attitude towards people, what about the reliability of information. I specifically looked to see if the department works on the google map. It has passed a long way and it is closed. And this is written in small print on A4 sheet format, you forgot to put an asterisk for us. As it turned out, the department had not been working for a week.

Why do I need to clean the air conditioners during working hours? Close the cash desk and let fifteen people stand on the street for an hour (quarantine). And why not post information that the bank does not sell currency at least in Privat24 or at the entrance to the branch? Attitude to customers as second-class people
