As well as all the stores of this chain. Obsessive consultants. For questions about a return or exchange, it is generally better not to contact. They will make idiots out of you. Therefore, it is better to shop at other stores.

I bought a phone there, and immediately the protective glass which was glued to me there. The quality of the protective glass is terrible, I have not seen this yet, at first I could not understand what the reason was, and then I realized that it cracked simply because the phone was in the same pocket with a lighter or a change, I was very upset !!! Now for the good. Service is good consultants know their job well done!

The Komfi store is located on the 2nd floor. If this is your first time in Terre, it may take a while to figure out where this store is on the 2nd floor. Well, to put it simply, after the stairs or escalator, immediately to the left and then directly and to the right in front of the watercolor shop. The store itself is like an ordinary Comfi, everything is the same. To the left of the entrance are smartphones and phones plus headphones; right at the entrance there are laptops, mice and keyboards, everything else inside consultants usually cluster around smartphones closer to the entrance or somewhere else depends on the time of day. All other questions are best asked to consultants right in the store. There is also access to the store site via a PC to search for the product that you need. There are no smartphones at the OnePlus exhibition, but everything is ok.
