It was pleasant to be in the store, but there are some nuances about the work of an online store. Made an order for a drip coffee maker. Delivery of the order was instead of the agreed 5 days 7. If I had not independently tracked the status of the order, they would not have remembered about me. 3 calls to the chat in telegrams and only the last operator provided what could have been done at first, namely, what he would clarify with the delivery and contact. But still there was a mistake on his part, namely, during the conversation, it was agreed that there was no need to call and the operator received an answer that a notification would be received. But what was my surprise the next day in the morning, when they woke me up with a call to inform that they were just specifying. Based on this, we can conclude that my request not to call was completely ignored. Summing up the whole situation, one of the advantages is that the order was received on the deadline. Of the minuses, this is a complete lack of informing the client about the status of the order, and not following the client's request for a method of feedback.

(ANNA) with a request to suggest on the floor scales, what I received in response (GO BY YOURSELF AND LOOK YOURSELF, THEY ALL MELT) Tell me, what kind of service is this and is this the answer?
