I ordered a voltage stabilizer for 1.6 kW, but during operation (refrigerator + washing machine), it turned off - the fuse burned out. I contacted the store for a guarantee, offered to return the money (in my case, and a week has not passed since the purchase), or change to a more powerful one with an additional charge. I chose the second option. The staff are polite, everything is in order.

2019 Assortment for 4, but no personnel consultants. December 2020, ordered a keyboard and mouse, it was not available, they promised to bring it in 2 days, 5 days have passed, no calls, sorry .. customer-orientation is at zero.
