And it turns out, on the paper about the admission for repairs, in sooooo small print, the father, even with glasses, could not think that something could be written there (I could hardly make out the text under a magnifying glass), that the bodies are accepted for warranty repair for a period of 30 WORKERS ! days if necessary with an extension. The most outspoken fraud, they find loopholes in the laws. Somehow, the desire disappears immediately to buy something else in the network of these shops. upd 2 days before returning to the store under warranty (12/09/20), the smartphone was taken to the official xiaomi SC in Dnipro on the street. Bobrov 1 in the shopping center priozerny, which is listed on the mi.com.ua website, was refused acceptance for warranty repairs and sent to the seller !!! And .... About a miracle on January 26, a month and a half! the phone was returned to the owner with a certificate of the repair already carried out for the skiev SC "gratis", which is located at 15/20 Bazhana Street, where the repair was described: "disassembly / assembly - cleaning contacts." AND IT TAKEN ONLY HALF! MONTHS. 2 days pass and again a miracle !!!!!!! again the sound in the conversational dynamics disappeared: / And here xs, how our consumer is protected ...

We buy almost all equipment here. Great location, cozy, good selection of goods. My husband and I took a refrigerator, a washing machine, a TV and an electric meat grinder a few years ago. In both cases, they asked me for a phone number to accrue bonuses. And here I come for the same phone, counting on a partial payment with bonuses, and there are 0 of them ... why? Employees sort it out for a long time, ask smart people for receipts for previous purchases, I show a bank statement with dates, times on my smartphone ... then a dialogue designed for a dybil buyer: - so bonuses are not credited to Samsung accessories. - okay. And on the phone? - so I gave you a discount! - what? The full cost of the phone was debited from the card - well, a two-year warranty as a gift! - in terms of? We paid UAH 50 for it actually - and so it cost 400! ON THIS CURTAIN. The seller gave us an unnecessary guarantee, spread it for 50 UAH, didn't accrue any bonuses, and called it all a GIFT. Eldorado, are your sellers cheating or is it company policy in general? You don't have to answer, I'm not kicking to you. Opposite is another store; took the money to them;)

In general, Eldorado is a good store. Prices are adequate, the product is also interesting, but it was in this store that I did not like the way the sales assistants treated me. They were not rude, but very passive. In komfi, on the other hand, the customer service is much more fun.
