сделали заказ, ждём день, другой, третий - тишина у собаки закончилась еда, звоним, спрашиваем, в чём дело, будет корм или нам искать в другом месте? отвечают - мы вам звонили, вы не ответили. но позвонили то всего один раз, муж не заметил, номер не подписан, звонков бывает много. оказывется, из двух позиций одной нет в наличии (хотя на сайте указано, что есть!) и они хотели уточнить, нужно ли нам вторую. а перезвонить повторно, если не ответили никак не получилось? смску прислать? в итоге пришлось купить корм в другом магазине... даже крупные гипермаркеты ценят своих клиентов, а тут такое отношение, как будто им вообще не интересно продавать свои товары, и кому надо, пусть сам добивается, чтобы ему что-то продали. может у вас неправильно расставлены приоритеты и не налажен процесс взаимодействия с клиентами?

I find them again, they are in stock, I add them back - other goods disappear. I could go straight to the offline store, but there is no guarantee that everything I need will be there, and I would like to know the required amount in advance.
