Was here for the last time before the quarantine, received a transfer from the Western Union. In general, I try to avoid branches like this, either on Prospect or near the market, because there are always queues at the box office. And it is often not the employees of the bank who are to blame, but the clients themselves (and of course the top management))

The work schedule of the bank's branch, which is posted on the website and on the doors of this institution, misleads customers. When trying to indicate to employees the same time of work according to the specified schedule, the service personnel referred to some internal schedule which is in the department among a heap of other information. Attempts to call the hotline for half an hour were unsuccessful because no one picked up the phone.

The VIP zone has been opened in the department and I can only recommend service, because the professionalism and sincerity of the VIP manager is at the highest level! And this is rarely found in our banks!
