Awful service, staff isn't helpful at all. I've got a call from Vodafone advertising new tariff plan, and I agreed, as a result my phone was cut from internet until I topup for 50 uah, sounded like no problem, as Vodafone centre was close. I popped in to the store and asked if they can help me with geting my phone back to work. No greetings from staff, they looked not interested. I tried to ask again, the guy just waved towards the terminal. But terminal looked broken, with no cards payments. I had to ask again and the reply was that it is for cash payments only, and it doesn't give you any change. I had only 100 uah banknote, I asked if they have counter of maybe can topup in any other way. The thing I heard back: "I need to go somewhere to change cash, to get the right banknote, tu return and use their terminal. They will do nothing. It's not their problems that I cannot use my phone, they don't care". This is a shame anybody can treat their client in this way. Don't use this store.

I am very pleased with the service! I ordered a hard drive via the Internet, instantly received an SMS confirmation of the receipt of the order, after a short time confirmation of the availability of goods in a particular store and a call from employees. The guys are polite and efficient, they checked everything, they answered stupid questions calmly, without "sniffs", they told about the guarantee ... PS: correct the label in Google maps - the label is in the yard from Plekhanovskaya, it's good that the employee and I called I clarified the position of the store with him, otherwise I would have walked around the yard behind the store ...

Terrible service, rude, are frankly awful. It is better to go to the nearest Citrus or Allo.
