I replenish the Monobank card here. Convenient location of the office in the city center. Two cash desks work, there is no queue, a maximum of 1-2 people on a weekday. Inside is clean, in the lobby there is a place to sit down, as well as an ATM and terminal.

Never take a loan from this bank. They cheat a lot, give the wrong receipt number. Employees of this bank were not going to correct the error. There is always a fine for not paying, although the loan was repaid. You have to pay three times more. This method was not deceived by one person. The service is ugly, the attitude towards people is terrible. Call with threats. Payment was made through gazbank.

They refuse to change the currency, each time new reasons, then the computer suddenly broke down, then there is no hryvnia, when several people paid in cash in front of my eyes, they simply refuse, without arguing the refusal. It feels like people think they’re fools, you just don’t have to put a board on the street and don’t waste people’s time in queues!
