Divorce seems to me. Cards are issued as credit, issued to almost everyone, but !!! After receiving the card you will see that the credit limit is zero !! In order to accrue the limit, you need to start using the card, i.e. transfer some of your money there and start using ... The owners just brilliantly invented ... Free loan from the population

This is a divorce! The scheme as a bank Tinkoff Russia. Territorially they allegedly have an office in Moscow the only one in the whole of Russia. But in fact: the guys in Ukraine make calls from call-center to all of Russia and are represented by employees of Tinkoff Bank and vparivayut customers credit cards. By phone, credit cards are issued to all in a row for a certain amount. In the future, when replenishing the card to repay the loan, clients' money is not received on their account. Unfortunately not all clients will find out about this at once.
