Today, a not so good story happened with the transfer of money from card to card ... I came to the department, explained the situation, since the transfer was connected with the card of another bank, I had to go there ... In general, having returned back to the department without answers, she screamed at the operator’s girl for emotion! (For which she is very ashamed now) The girl helped me as much as she could and even more !!! Katya thank you very much for your help, support and understanding !!!

Excellent separation. Girl Katya is a professional, in the morning she lifted her spirits and did everything quickly and without rudeness, as many wrote. Grandmother was forefather and she just as nicely talked to her and explained without anger explained. I was satisfied. Thanks again to Catherine, you're cool) 👌🙌

was forced to visit a couple of times - the service is very long: employees with their aggressive marketing and the desire to demonstrate the full range of FUIB services to a client who just came to issue / withdraw a bank card, no more !!, forget that there are also people in the queue which the question for 1 min can stretch for 40 minutes of waiting! The regional manager for work with natural persons MUST pay attention to this and bring the staff to the norm, the time limit for servicing the first client in the interval of 5-10 minutes (!!), in especially difficult situations. Personally, I prefer cash departments, where there are at least 4 operators - there all the processes are faster ...
