No service !!!! I bought a gift certificate for my friend in this store. I gave it, and she somehow lost it right away (maybe I got the phone out and it fell out). On the same day (on the day of purchase) I returned to the store with a check and asked to cancel the certificate - do not return the money to me, do not give me a new one, and CANCELLATE so that no one could use it. The saleswoman called someone more competent and because of the loud speakers, I was forced to listen to their conversation and discussion, along with reporting back on the loss of the certificate. Even if what I asked for is impossible (which I doubt very much) - it could be explained humanly, remembering that I am a client who spent money in this store more than once. But no, everything went in Poltava - boorish attitude and, as usual, lack of service. It’s as if they have a turn from buyers. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!

I have been a client of this store for a very long time and I want to express my gratitude to its team for the high level of service and a wide range of goods. It's good that there is such a store in our city!
