You buy a ticket to one hotel, but it turns out there are no places in this hotel, and they inform me that there are no places and we can accommodate you in another hotel. AND MORE THAN THAT ESPECIALLY UNPLEASANTLY SHOULD BE FLYING BACK FROM ANTALYA TO KIEV. THE RECEPTION TIME HAS BEEN APPOINTED AT 2 HOURS OF THE NIGHT, WERE NOT SLEEPING, ATTACHED THE RECEPTION AT NIGHT, IN 15 MINUTES AND WE ARE MESSAGED THAT THE TRANSFER AND WE SHOULD BE AT 4:30 AM.
