We bought a flying fairy, no guarantees were given. The next day, the fairy remained just a fairy without a flying one!?! The batteries were changed but nothing changed. In online stores, the same was cheaper and the warranty was 3 months, they hoped that the store seemed to be not bad. But it turned out that you can only buy puzzles in it! No customer service! JUST BARYGIES!
