I do not recommend !!! Buses cannot be called comfortable at all! Of course, if you are very lucky, you can go as Sister, but be prepared that most of all you will go for the same money as a wreck, in which where you look, almost everything is broken and does not work! And you will find out that your bus is "comfortable" already upon landing !!! The attitude of the employees of this agency to clients is generally a separate topic! Thanks to them, this was the first and last trip of this travel agency! They just blatantly lie to people, and when you start to understand the situation with them (when they say one thing, but in fact everything is completely different), they are also rude !!! In a word, both the transport and the attitude of the employees leave much to be desired !!! A million times we regretted contacting them !!! If you don't want to spoil your vacation, choose an agency with good reviews !!! And then different situations may be: lucky - perhaps you will go Sister, unlucky - you will suffer all the way and the rest will begin and end with "Great mood" !!!!!!!!!!

A few days ago we arrived from Kirillovka, or rather on August 16, we were traveling in a small company for 4 days, since it was impossible for more. On the bus on the way there we met friends, so it was not boring. We book travel to Gloria - Tour for the third time and there has never been any catch. We went there in a big black bus, I won't say the name, two drivers, the air conditioner worked so that it was even cool, we sat in the first half of the bus and the ride was comfortable and soft. Three years ago we were traveling from Krugozor to Iron Port - the flight was postponed for more than 4 hours, and we were not even warned. Here everything is on schedule. We went to the market from Eldorado, arrived the very last 10 minutes before departure - everyone was already, it turns out only we were not there :) Exactly at 21.00 went. We were in Kirillovka already at 06 a.m. We settled in generally fine, 500 UAH room with all the amenities in the center. Housing prices were the same as last year. There are noticeably fewer people, although all the seats on the bus were occupied, and there were still buses on the market, that is, it would seem that there were a lot of people traveling, but in fact there are fewer people in Kirillovka itself than before. The coronavirus did not bother us :))) To be honest, they did not remember about it at all: only on the bus, upon departure, they asked to get masks and in stores, but everything is as usual. Unpleasantly surprised by the sea. Really jellyfish are abnormal. Moreover, on the first day, we somehow did not feel: well, there were some, but not so many. And the next day, it’s generally kapets, especially in the afternoon - it was normal in the morning, and in the afternoon they were huddled in layers and accumulated near the coast. Previously, this was definitely not the case. But this did not spoil our rest. The impressions were the most positive - maybe because I have long wanted to break away from work and relax. Still would have stayed for a few days, but nothing. We went back by a white bus Setra, we were immediately told, even during registration, that the seats would be different, since we are for 4 days. Therefore, we knew in advance that we would sit in the second half of the bus. The bus was smaller, there were 40 seats, but in terms of comfort we liked it even more - there was more legroom, as well as recharging for the phone - generally a beauty. Also, two drivers called several times - once from the girl's company, then before leaving the driver did not get through to us, again called from the company to clarify whether we know exactly where to be and again the driver. That is, the managers paid enough attention. I read reviews about the company about J. Port's trips, I can't say anything about this, since I did not go to the port with Gloria Tour. But I went with the company Krugozor and I can't say anything good about them (I mean not the bus, but the organization of the trip, the transfer of time, etc.). As for the travel to Kirillovka and the buses that we used to travel to Kirillovka from Gloria - Tour, there are no comments. Good buses, adequate drivers, and girls' managers are also trying hard. So, apart from words of gratitude for the trip to Kirillorvka, there is nothing more to add. Recommend!

We got to Kirillovka well. The bus was comfortable big like Setra. Back also without incident. The only thing we had to wait at the bus station for about 30 minutes, they explained that he was going from Fedotova Spit and collecting people. But, in general, we are satisfied with the trip.

If you want to spoil your mood at the beginning and at the end of your holiday - then you are here! We ordered a transfer to the Iron Port at Gloria Tour. At first, we were promised a comfortable bus and said that they would take into account all the wishes of customers for the trip. In short, we said everything that we wanted to hear. Booked seats. We transferred the advance payment to the card, unsubscribed to them in the vibeer about the payment, for which the employees of the company did not even write simply “received”. A few days later we called them back to clarify whether they had received the money, and also to find out when there would be detailed information regarding the departure. Information regarding the departure was reported in the morning on the day of departure, they did not say seats, they said that they would be in the middle of the cabin, as we asked. Upon landing, it turned out that our seats were in the penultimate row, although we were confidently told that they would be in the middle. Everything would not be so sad if not for the bus itself. There were two buses, visually the second one was much better than our bus. Our bus was half-broken. Side handles almost never lifted, more than half of the seats could not be folded into people, and we drove for 12 hours! Our seats were folded out, but as there were people in the last row behind us, in whom there was no such possibility at all, we did not lower our seats, since then they would not have had any way to turn around. In general, the mood at the beginning of the trip was just fire. As they say, a promise is a reality. It's good that we stopped at least 4 times during the trip, it was possible to somehow get off the bus. In general, I wanted to smash this travel agency on the day of departure, but we decided not to spoil our mood completely. It's time to go back. Roughly we were told that the check-out would be at 9 am, but the day before the check-out they would call back. No one was in a hurry to call, they dialed themselves to clarify. They told us which bus will be and what time. As well as seat numbers. I clarified in women, like Oksana, her name is, surely our seats will not be in the last row, given how we were going on vacation. She told us that this would not be the last row. My husband and I looked on the Internet about the number of seats in a bus like ours, and it turned out that our seats were in the last row. I began to call this Oksana asking where exactly our seats are and whether my husband and I will sit next to me, asked for a seating chart. They said they needed to clarify. After a while they called us back and said that we were sitting in the last row. When booking seats, I repeatedly emphasized that they did not sit in the last row. To which I was answered every time that they took into account all the wishes of the clients. They began to find out why they promised one thing, but it turned out quite differently, both for the seats and for the bus. The girls from the agency started passing the phone to one another. They said that they take into account all wishes, "but they do not promise anything." They told us that we had a "non-standard trip", that we were "sixes" and not "sevens", and that we had no right to ask for something! When asked why we had not been warned about this before, they answered "You either drive like this, or you don't go at all." They said that the bus will be "heaven and earth", compared to the one we were traveling here - the back seats recline, there is a lot of space in the front, and the last seats will be 2 by 2, not 5 seats in the last row. Then the question is why, for the same money, you can go on a half-broken bus and on a bus "comfortable", as they said. At the end of the conversation, they told me "that they spent too much time on me." So, if you want to travel with comfort, good mood and a whole nervous system, then bypass this agency by the tenth road. We traveled for the first and last time with Gloria Tour, and ordered only a transfer. I sincerely sympathize with the tourists who travel with them. The girls from the agency have one goal, so that you pay, and how you go further, this is no longer their problem, because they "cannot promise anything." In this travel agency, customer orientation is 0! I wish them to learn at least the banal rules of communicating with clients and lie less, and so that they themselves travel as well as their clients! Here are not interested in returning to them!

Feldman had a great rest. The best place for adults and children. We were for the first time and we really liked it, especially my son. Be sure to go again, we will recommend to everyone. If possible: do not sit at home, show your child the zoo - it's very cool when the animals can also be fed and petted. The road takes only two hours, not difficult. Thanks to Gloria - Tour for a wonderful holiday after quarantine.
