Of the three cash desks, one is working, and then the cashier is so slowly accepting payments that it is a horror! But there are three tables, each of which has two employees, who do nothing at all, except that they say to everyone: "Congratulations to you at Oshchadbank." The same queues and the terminal. Why are not all three cash registers working? Why not make more cash? Why are there so many employees who actually do nothing? In a word a terrible place!

12/26/17 an ATM took me money for communal services and wrote that the operation was not performed. I am in tears in the hallway standing by a woman employee of the bank, yelling at me that she does not know ATMs do not work and a billboard somewhere someone took off and she will not do anything and I accepted the statement husband and reassured me. Today I call the bank, the manager raises the woman by voice and the last time in the corridor she frowned, with a boorish unruly raised voice yells into the tube that nothing will help me, she is not interested in anything, called an employee who for minutes explained everything, and that the lock background screaming that it is not interested in my money !!! Nineteen days waiting for a refund and was to be 10 !!!
