The branch neglects its clients ... 1 cash desk works, I stood for an hour in line, an employee came and said that there is no break on the Internet ... I was just rude and kicked out of the branch.

The room is scoop. The staff does not want to change the dirty notes and sends them to the NBU, although the change of notes is the responsibility of the Savings Bank as well.
