I ordered a book for 900 UAH, asked ten times - is it possible to ship today? The answer is yes, pay. I paid at lunchtime, called back and made sure that the money was received and that the shipment was today. In fact, 9 pm, the package has not even been created yet. I'm afraid to even think what will come there - everything can be expected from such a store UPD as of 12 noon the next day - there is no connection with them. Sharashkin's office!

Favorite bookstore, it is very profitable to buy educational and fiction literature in foreign languages, because regular customers are given significant discounts !!! 😉👍
