Service Mercedes. Very loud about the service center on J. Washington 8. Lviv The essence of the problem is the complete lack of competence and service of the service center! The service diagnosed the problem 6 days (the problem - falls pneumatic suspension, the rear part of the car), and then concluded: replace the rear racks. I bought 4 original racks, installed, but the problem did not disappear. The answer to the service, well, it's not a problem in the racks here is the problem in the valve block, replaced. Fell And then began to think of the service, and decided to check the trunk. And she was damaged, replaced the problem disappeared. (replacement of the highway is approximately 2 thousand UAH) The only thing the car left on the service for a month and I got to the cost of new racks (roughly 150 thousand UAH). The head of service for a long time tried to explain to me that I did not hit, but the money in my pocket did not come back. Therefore, I can confidently say that for money, time and your own peace of mind has fallen! Because of the non-professional and psionalistic approach, I spent a month without a car and spent 150 thousand UAH. Turned to the main office of the Mercedes in Ukraine, they reacted for a long time, were holy, but the answer was banal and showed that no one was about to deal with and obviously solve the problem is not exactly about Mercedes. The concept of the client and customer orientation have not been heard and do not know. I'm shocked... I do not understand how such a powerful Mercedes brand so affectively refers to the client!
