It’s impossible to get to the cashier - the 'VIP' customers are constantly skipped out of turn. I asked the cashier if there is a currency, the answer is I don’t know, I need to look. I turned to the head of the department, the answer is that the second cash desk does not work for us, we do not have a book of complaints and suggestions. No more foot there.
