The online store is awful. Made and paid for the order on October 30 with delivery to the store. The manager called back on October 31 and promised that delivery would be delivered to the store on November 2. As of November 4, the store is closed for repairs, the order has not been delivered yet. After repeated calls, the manager promises that the goods will be delivered to Horodotska Street. Unfortunately, with such a service and attitude to customers there is no desire to contact this store. And to be honest, I do not advise anyone.

The laptop did not turn on, the "start" button flew. Took to the guys in the service. A day later they called to pick it up. I came to pick up and paid 700 hryvnias. - showed that the computer is turned on by two "start" buttons and the adjacent "end". At home, he turned on once and for all. Brought the next day to the service "Computer Universe" again, the workers offered to take my laptop to an authorized service center because they are not competent in this fault. They REFUSED to return the money, arguing that they cleaned it and changed the thermal paste for 700 hryvnias (I quote the words of an employee of Stnpan). THEREFORE, BEFORE YOU APPLY TO THE OFFICE DAY, THINK 100 TIMES. AND I HAVE NOT MET THE REPLACEMENT OF THERMO PASTE FOR 700 UAH ANYWHERE YET !!
