Frankly speaking, in connection with the construction of the Renault center, it has become quite inconvenient to drive through the parking lot of new cars. It is not clear why the car wash does not work properly. Constant problems, then with the portal, then with the kercher about the liquid for washing discs, which is absolutely necessary there, I'm silent. Given the significant period of using the services of this center, I want to say that a few years ago everything was much better in terms of a professional approach to customer convenience. It is possible that after the completion of the long-term construction of Renault, customers will again receive the appropriate level of service.

The service is noteworthy. I installed an alarm system here, it is not very simple, we coped with the task at the highest level, everything works perfectly. Now there was a warranty case, the problem was fixed, a spare part was ordered. After replacement, I will add a review).

The Renault dealer was serviced in "Winner Obolon", I really liked the approach to the client. In the service department, they formalized, listened to all the complaints and malfunctions, a free car wash, an excursion to the service workshop where my car was on the lift and answers to 1001 insidious female questions "why" and "how is it necessary". A nice bonus was a ticket-coupon for a free drink (coffee, tea) and a ticket to the cinema (shopping center "Blockbuster") to while away the waiting time for the car.

Nice new Renault service. You can go to a free car wash before picking up a car. The cost of MOT for my Sanderik was lower than that of other officials. Rented the car in the afternoon - offered a free ticket to the cinema. All in all - a good standard and a great location. Recommend)
