I ordered Sushi Master for the first time and was very disappointed. First, unpleasantly impressed by the appearance of sushi with salmon. It seemed that the one who sculpted them did it for the first time. The sushi on the outside is somewhat flattened, as if crushed, strangely shaped. The layer of salmon is very thin, and there is a lot of rice, it even comes out from the sides outside a piece of fish. Both the shape of the sushi and the sliced fish for nigiri do not meet any standards. The rice is dry and does not look very fresh, no taste.
In the shrimp crunch, the caviar on top of the roll was partly orange and partly brown. This color it usually acquires when standing for a long time. Apparently, fresh caviar was mixed in half with the one that was already lying down and tired (and what good to lose). The taste, too, unfortunately, did not please, the roll is still dry, mostly due to rice, and the filling is quite small.
Gunkani with salmon did not look as awful as nigiri, but I can't call it delicious, + nori also gave the impression of not the first freshness, the same - ginger and wasabi.
As for delivery, I chose to pay by courier when ordering. The courier called and asked to go out into the yard, I worked at the computer and was a little busy, but ran out. Seeing the card in my hands, he said in a confused tone that he was not given a terminal with him (although when the operator called to confirm the order, he mentioned that I had chosen to pay by card). I had to run back to the 4th floor and look for cash, which I had only 100 UAH. It is good that my mother found the amount that was not enough. While the courier was waiting for me, I placed the package with the order on the ground (it was probably very difficult to hold one roll and 4 sushi in my hands). It was also not very pleasant.
As for the situation with the terminal, I understand that different things happen, there is always a human factor, etc., but in combination with the quality of products, all this made only a negative impression. Maybe I wouldn't pay much attention to it if the sushi and rolls were tasty, fresh, and looked decent, which, unfortunately, is not the case.
I have no desire to order again in this establishment, and I can't recommend it to anyone. It's good that the order wasn't big, because I didn't even want to finish it. I thought it was worth ordering in a tested place.
First of all, I present this information to the director of Wiki and End Company. I worked as a courier in this company and I had an unacceptable residue on my soul. Before the frosts, everything went according to plan, and when the snow fell, problems began. Nobody wants to bury their car and their health for the pennies they paid us. If something happens to the car, you additionally withdraw money from the family budget. If someone took over, it was one courier who had to catch up with everyone on time. This led to the problem of delayed delivery in an hour or more. If during the frosts the salary was raised at least temporarily, I think everyone would have won, and so the owners wanted to make money with minimal investment, and it turned out to be a mess for everyone, all the couriers ran away, customers lost and who the hell earned. If the issue of salary increase is not considered, there will be a constant flow of staff and problems with delivery, because everyone will consider this work as a transitional stage to better work and salary.
It is clear that every owner wants to earn and return the money invested in the company. But do not forget dear who earns this money for you.
P.S Have delicious sushi not tried and will not buy in principle in this company.
I will share my order history in Sushi Master. We wanted to order a set for February 14, we decided to make a pre-order so that it would be delivered to us for exactly a certain hour. So, on February 13, we made a pre-order for the set "Love Story" which was to be delivered on February 14 at 17:00 (since we are not local, we ordered a man for work because he works until 17:00). And so on day "X" 17:05 the operator called said that the courier will be delayed because many orders, apologized, made a discount on the next order - 20%, and said that the courier will bring the order at 18:00. As a result, the man received an order at 19:03. Very disappointed with the delivery. And also at the preliminary order promised a role "Valentine's Day" as a gift. Although the check states that the role is, but in fact we did not receive this role. 😡There are no complaints about the set itself, the sushi is delicious.
These were probably the worst roles in my life, ordered sushi "Bukovel". I'll start with the fact that the courier could not accept cash from us, although on the site we specified this method of payment, and as a result, we have long been looking for a way to transfer money to him. Everything in the package was smeared with soy sauce, which spilled, although we paid extra for soy sauce, we were left with only one whole package of soy sauce. Hot rolls lay next to cold ones, which is technically unacceptable.
And now to the taste of the roles themselves.
To say that they tasted awful is to say nothing. The worst of them were California from hiashi, the sauce on top caused a gag reflex, and the filling was tasteless. The hot rolls were falling apart, and the cheese tasted awful.
As a result, I can only say that you will not even recommend such roles to the enemy.
We ordered early delivery for a specific time, we were an hour late. No one even called back to warn that there will be / there is a delay, I had to call back 2 times myself, because the first time they promised to find out where the courier and call back, but then apparently decided to score and never called back. The courier also decided to justify himself by saying that "orders have been collected and there are not enough staff." Soy sauce was given only for 2 people instead of 5, napkins 3 pcs., Wet wipes - as much as one! This is the first and last time I used your "service" delivery! The sushi itself was pretty good.
