Throughout the existence of this institution in the Forum shopping center from time to time visited this institution and every time disappointed in the service, always unfriendly staff, moreover rude and superficial, also often miss clarifications on the loyalty card, have to remind yourself, unfamiliar with promotions and properties of the same card. Each time I gave a chance and hoped that they would live up to expectations and refute my previous experience with this establishment, because sometimes I like their hot dog and coffee, but no, the last straw !! They were upset. They forget that there are so many alternatives to their cafe. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!
