We took tickets with my wife, called that we would bring a dog, yes, no problems, except for one - no later than 20 hours, because a 24-hour hotel for animals, not employees. Want to bring later - agree on a surcharge. Accordingly, to pick up the dog after 8 pm tomorrow - also pay extra, because ATTENTION: no one stays with the animals for the night. There is one guard who watches over the building, he has nothing to do with animals. They explained that this was a completely normal practice. That is, if my dog ​​drowns at night, it will help no one, if he simply turns a bowl of water, waits for a new one until morning, if he goes to the toilet unplanned, then jumps on it all until morning ... but sorry, from 19 or 20 o'clock in the evening until the morning without supervision? With such success you can leave at home, less stress for the animal, the neighbors will feed and you will stay with the money. This is despite the fact that last year we quietly took the dog at midnight, did not pay anything extra, there were two cute girls on the spot, who went to meet everything. I can't say what service is there now, but according to the hotel director, the service is of a level that I don't know, because I never asked for their services again. We love our dog too much to be left in such a place. And the tickets had to be handed over, by the way. That's the story.

Familiar in rented a room for grooming there, the attitude is terrible. In winter, the zoo is not heated and the staff wears jackets. The owner of the hotel, 19-year-old Diana completely irresponsible to both its staff and the hotel. People who work there for three months do not receive a salary. Many stories that are not tolerated, no order. He left - and went with the ends. They do not follow the feeding norms you ask for. They left their mops here for the first and last time. Photos and service do not match the stated! The dog is given a promise, and the couch is yellow with urine. There is an unpleasant smell in the hotel. I do NOT recommend !!!
