Not a fan. Kinda pricey. We once took a broken item up front asked if they maybe had another that wasn’t broken, and the clerk said “no” and threw it away. It hit the trash with a massive thud that made my kid cry- he really wanted that Snoopy nutcracker. I’ve been back a couple times since, but my kid won’t go near it. I only go in if I need something I can’t find somewhere else- and I usually decide I can do without it bc it’s way too overpriced.
They had what I needed. The cashier was nice. The person who saw me walk in the front door recognized I had no idea where I was going and immediately offered help. That's HUGE. I would have asked, but it means a lot to a customer when their needs areanticipated.
At first CVS pharmacy seemed good but now they take longer & longer to fill a prescription each time, sometime's even the next day after my doctor has called it in! I will be going back to Walgreen's
This is the worst CVS pharmacy I have ever gone to. They do not answer the phone or hang up on you. Last Friday I waited a waited a half hour for my prescription and there was NO ONE ahead of my car. Their customer service and training is terrible here. I always have problems at this store.
The staff are good, but the time it takes to get someone to answer the phone and the amount of time you wait in the drive thru line are way too long. I was on hold for over 30 minutes and still no one answered the phone. Every drive thru wait I've had takes at least 15 min. They need more help.
