We drove 30 miles to get there as wife had an expensive pair of boots with an issue and the fayetteville shoe repair recommended this place. Well we were silly and didnt check thier website..so they were closed. Why a 5? Well, I had tried to call store as we were looking in Bella Vista. Left a message that we were trying to find the store...well the owners left me a vmail with thier personal cell,so i could call them direct. I was going to call Monday. But before i did one of the owners called on thier day off and gave a good amount of here time and knowledge as i asked questions. Then she told me about their DropBox option also. Asked how my day was, said she would look forward to meeting us. You dont get that service from Target etc. Love small businesses..help them survive...
