Heather made trading a fun & perfect experience! She was excellent in every area & we felt like she loves what she does & does truly care. We came in as customers, but left as friends! No pressure from anyone, & love love love my new car! After going to a few other dealerships first, she was a breath of fresh air! Sooooooo happy we went.

The sales person over the texting (yes, texting for two days) was a typical car salesman...... BUT, when I finally got to the dealership...... FANTASTIC & personal service! Highly recommend this dealership. Closing only took 15 minutes and off the lot I drove a very happy customer. Would highly recommend going in and buying from Wood Motors in Missouri. Would have given 5 stars but the initial sales and texting hurt the process. Pick up the phone next time please.

My salesman, RD is amazing and his follow-up is superb. He obviously loves his job as he is very customer service oriented. I wouldn't shop anywhere else!
