Not sure how this place stays in business.nNo one answers phone or returns phone calls.nDirty, no fence whatsoever.nSome units look broken into, some are full of trash.nTried to contact multiple times before I gave up and went somewhere else.nWould not recommend this place.
Never have been able to contact this storage facility. I never recieved my deposit back for my unit. My grandparents have not recieved their deposit. Even wrote last month on check after calling. Checks were always cashed but you cannot get a hold of the people who run these units and my unit ruined so much of my stuff since it leaked and the door didn't shut properly. This place is a rip off!
I have been renting at this facility for 23 months. Due to illness I had to move from the area but still pay my storage. It truly is a SELF storage. All they do is take your money. I have had to call on 3 occasions, the first being when my storage was broken in to. It took me over an hour of repetitive messages to the number they tell you to call before anyone had the decency to call me back. I am experiencing the same thing now because a 2 month payment check I wrote at the beginning of Oct 2018 has yet to clear my bank. I have been texting and calling off and on all afternoon with no reply. All I want to know is whether or not my belongings are still there. Because if they’re not I won’t be making any more payments and I will be calling a lawyer. Yes I know it’s store at your own risk but I don’t think a court will favor someone who takes your money and your belongings and disregards calls from you.
