The sweetest man at this Autozone is Gene. He is so helpful and gives good advice. You can trust him when he says do this and not that. Issues with a battery? Ask Gene. Trying to trouble shoot an issue and don't know what's going on? Ask Gene. If you need. a battery swapped out go to Scrubby's nearby, they are nice too!
I went in to get help changing my wiper blades because for the life of me I could not get the old ones off. Jaret, one of the red shirts at the store, had my wipers swapped out for me in a matter of minutes. I really appreciated his help.

Individual employees are pleasant and hard working. Management needs an overhaul. After ordering a part in and verifying it was in I went to pick it up and there was one poor guy running the whole front while two guys sat chatting behind the aisle. After handling 6 customers and taking a phone call every 10 minutes it was my turn to pick up the part I paid for. Well, the manager who was supposed to check it in hadn’t and I had to wait for him to come to the front. I called to check to see if I received a used part because the bolts it came with wouldn’t thread into the holes they belong in. The manager said he couldn’t speak for at least an hour. Point is there are other auto parts stores that aren’t too far away that will be faster and will provide better customer service.
