Amazing People Amazing, Amazing Team and service. I was able to find the exact part I needed in a speedy and timely manner.
The lady at the front was not helpful when asking her about a grill. Asked if she could see if another store has the grill we wanted, she went on to tell us we could call around or order online. We left unhappy campers due to poor customer service. I will be spending my money elsewhere. First time at camping world and I will not be a returning customer.
1st time we went to that location even tho they have there for 15 or so years. Great, friendly service. Bought some antifreeze and a water pump.
Lot'sa goodies. If they don't have it, then you don't need it.nDidn't need the service department, so can't speak about that.
