I walked to my car to find that I had a flat tire. I drove over to the auto center and a tech came over to ask what I needed. Although they were busy, he knew that I was struggling as to what to do. He looked me up in their computer system, and saw that I had purchased road hazard on my tires. He was able to get a new tire for me at almost no cost because of my purchase of road hazard. His name is Matthew Hobbs, and I was impressed with his kindness and sense of urgency in helping me. I will recommend to my family and friends.
Ordered tires online for next to nothing with free home delivery. Made an appointment for mounting and balancing. Everything was beyond reasonably priced, the same experience and quality I have paid 3x as much for. I'm a happy customer. Thank you
Last time I was there it was a complete cluster#### and everyone had the typical Walmart employee attitude. This time the doors are shut and no eta on reopening. Lot of good my tire warranty does now. I should have known better but I guess it was a lesson learned.
Good place to repair/replace tires for cheap
Needed tiers changed and couldn't get in right away anywhere else. They got me in next day. However, cost was more than I was quoted on the phone for the same exact tiers/service. Was told when I got here it would be about an hour, and it took them 30 min more. For having a scheduled appointment one would expect the same quoted price and a quicker turn around. But they did it... so I guess I cant rate them too bad. They did only have 2 in stock tier options which is pretty lame but again, its Walmart...'nough said.
