I want to thank June Weeks for everything she has done to help us. All of a sudden, we needed help, and I never could have done it without her. She seemed like a friend, but she is also very professional. She is all of the above, and than some. She was, and still is, very responsive. She worked hard, and was worth every penny. Even though her job is done, she says that we can call her with any question, and I will. She's one in a million. Thank you for June Weeks, and your business of helping Senior Citizens.

Attorneys Mitch Cash and Larry Treat helped my sister and I through an extremely difficult time with our father. He had just been diagnosed with dementia and was declining quickly, when his wife of a few years filed for divorce. With their skillful help we were able to protect most of his assets and provide excellent care for him. Both Mr. Cash and Mr. Treat quickly responded to our many questions with professionalism and compassion. I highly recommend the Estate and Elder Law Planning Center.

I cannot say how much we appreciate the help I received from the Elder Law Planning Center, specifically June Weeks. We are going through some sad and trying times with our elderly mother, and June was just wonderful. We had a LOT of questions, and she was able to answer them. This is our first time dealing with the Law Center, and we are very pleased and would highly recommend them for any legal needs.

With the help of the Estate & Elder Law Planning office team, we completed a trust. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, thorough in gathering information and wanting us to be satisfied with the end product. Randall Drake is the professional everyone hopes for who needs the guidance of a lawyer. He asks many questions, listens and with competence completes a trust to best serve you and your heirs. His explanations (often with drawings) of how the law works concerning assets and inheritance were especially appreciated. His recommendations were specific to what we wanted to happen in the future; not a buy one fits all. We would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of a trust.

Yesterday I went to see Mr. Drake about updating our trust after my husband's death.The business was accomplished efficiently and satisfactorily, as, I would expect at any reputable law firm. What set this firm apart was the friendliness and helpfulness shown by everyone I met. From the offer of something to drink when I came in, to the patience, helpfulness and understanding of Mr. Drake, to the gift if a pen when I needed one as I was leaving, I felt comfortable and at home. My comments would not be complete without mention of Alizia. Elliott, who really helped me get through this very difficult year. Her teaching (groceries online) ,her patience(listening to me talk) and her cheerfulness and good humor really were wonderful.
