I love my Subaru Outback as much as I loved my sales experience with Larry and the rest of the team at Bickmore Auto Sales. When I was looking for a new pre-owned vehicle (a/k/a used car) I knew I wanted something I could take out in the woods. The best selection of Trucks and SUVs in Gresham was online at Bickmore. I did all my window shopping on the website and came in with a wish list. The sales team helped me decide what I really wanted and helped me pick the exact car that fit all my needs. This is the second car my family has bought from Bickmore and I would recommend them to anyone.
The owner Kent, has gone above & beyond for us twice now. We have bought several cars from him and sent friends to buy cars also. We have had minor issues (expected with a used car) and he’s always made sure the repairs are covered by our extended warranty, if they deny us he makes a call and gets it handled. He’s even covered repairs, by the dealership, that they wouldn’t and made sure we got our rental paid for as well. His sales people have been down to earth, realistic and straightforward. They really go out of their way even after the sale. Bickmore is not you typical “used car dealership”. We will definitely be back when our daughter gets her license in 2021.
We really enjoyed our experience at Bickmore and purchased our first truck. Michael was excellent and the facility very clean. They treated our family so well.
