Gresham Ford comes through again! I was changing the battery in our 5 year old Escape and found the battery cable severely corroded. I did not have the tools to fix the connection to the sensor. I had already disassembled the cowl to access the battery. I brought the Escape to the service department and explained my ordeal. I really did not expect to get the vehicle back until maybe the next day. Within about 2 hours I was called and told the vehicle was repaired! I was able to finish up the battery install and put new spark plugs in my vehicle. Thank-you Gresham Ford for helping me out in a pinch. Over the years Scott and your entire service team has been fantastic.

I wanted to wait to write a review because I bought a used vehicle and wanted to see if the wheels fell off or the doors...used cars are a gamble after all. It's been a few weeks and I can safely report that neither has happened. DAMON went above and beyond to ensure that the truck I wanted I got. I say this because the pandemic has made acquiring used things somewhat slow and methodical. DAMON kept me in the loop and followed through on everything that was agreed upon. He has integrity and is honest. The dealership does so many phenomenal outreach programs for the community and the employees genuinely like their work and who they work for. Supporting a local company with that reputation made my heart sing. DAMON thanks for being who you are and if anyone needs a vehicle, I will send them your way.
