Gresham Subaru

My husband and I came in this Sunday to look at a new Subaru. Tracey helped us, and ended up helping me narrow down my dream car. It didn’t end up a good fit for our family’s budget right now, but now we are able to properly plan for the future. He treated us with kindness, respect, and care. When it is the right time for us to buy, we will definitely be returning for Tracey’s help!

I went here to buy and finance my first car by myself. Everyone was super nice and came in late to accommodate my work schedule. I walked out same days with the keys in hand. Financing originally was a bit nerve wracking because when I came in so late the bank approved it through their automated system and not when a person looked at it. I ended up getting rejected for the loan and the same lender required me at much higher. I assumed I was going to have to give up on the deal, but once again these sweet people came late in the evening to help me find new financing for an even better rate! They were so kind and willing to negotiate with me in a way where I didn’t feel looked down upon for being a female first time buyer. I’m 19 and expected buying a car to be a horrible experience, but with Gresham Subaru it was a breeze. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to come here. I didn’t even buy a Subaru and they treated me as if I was a valued customer. If you’re on the fence for dealers, come to Gresham Subaru.

The Gresham Subaru Service department team is amazing. I have never had a bad experience. They will work hard to make sure you and your car are well taken care of. The waiting area is spacious and clean, there is also an area for small children to play while you wait.

Very friendly service, and not pushy about selling extra Products. They make you feel like you're family, not their next victim to try to take as much money as possible from. I would recommend anyone wanting a Subaru to go to Gresham Subaru. Jose Ramirez was also a great salesperson. Very helpful with information, the test drive, and the purchase of my new Subaru!

This place is great! Bought our Outback here 3 years ago without the BS of other dealerships. It was actually a pleasant experience. They’ve done all services on it as well. Employees are friendly, customer focused and have gone above and beyond each and every time.
